Dear Potential Customer,

Our association with A.T.G. Sports Industries began approximately four years ago when we asked for details about artificial turf football/soccer fields.  We are accustomed to talking to salespeople, so we were prepared for the hard sell.  It didn’t happen.  Instead, we were pleased by the calm and professional manner in which the salesman answered our qu3estions without the customary sales pitch and pressure to act quickly.  We kept in touch over the next year or so as we needed more detailed information and he made sure the focus of each meeting was on our needs….not his.

When our district decided to move forward with an artificial turf project, it didn’t take us long to decide that A.T.G. should do the engineering and design work for our new field.  They worked on our time schedule to produce specifications for the field we wanted and it was obvious that our satisfaction was paramount.  Throughout the bidding process we had to endure the pressure sales tactics of other turf contractors as they sought to gain some advantage over the others by any means.  All the while, A.T.G. continued to be professional and supportive.

We were relieved when we discovered A.T.G. was the low bidder.  We were also pleased to see that they were equally impressive when it came to hands-on construction.  They not only kept us informed every step of the way, they also worked with sub-contractors to insure that they talked with us on a daily basis so that at no time were we lacking for details.  The most anyone can ask of a contractor is that they do what they said they would do, in the time they said they would do it and at a cost that is at or below their agreed price.  A.T.G. did all this for us and more.

We now have a perfect football/soccer field at our high school stadium that will be a showcase in Derby for many years to come, thank in large part to Paul Driver and his expert team of professionals.  They put their customers first.
